ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an ICAI-aligned Industrial Training opportunity designed for high-potential Chartered Accountancy (CA) students. In this role, you will support our Global Segments Finance teams, assisting in segment-level financial tracking, operational analysis, and forecasting. You will also participate in cutting-edge AI-led finance transformation initiatives, exploring automation, predictive dashboards, and process improvements to reduce manual workflows. This internship offers robust exposure to global business finance without traditional accounting silos.

What you'll do...

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN & DO

Global Segments Finance & FP&A

Segment Support: Assist global segment teams with detailed financial reporting, business performance tracking, and segment reviews.

Forecasting & Close: Support week-on-week, monthly, and quarterly budgets, headcount forecasting, variance analyses, and close activities.

Supply Chain & Ops: Provide data support for supply chain and operational finance analyses.

AI-Led Transformation & Dashboards

Process Automation: Help automate recurring finance reports and variance tracking spreadsheets to reduce manual effort.

Modern AI Tools: Support the team in testing and piloting AI tools to boost forecasting accuracy.

Intelligent Insights: Assist in building automated dashboards and reporting structures using modern-age AI tools like CoPilot, Gemini, and internally developed AI systems to serve real-time business metrics.

WHO SHOULD APPLY (CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY)

ICAI Compliance & Education

Pursuing CA: Applicants must be actively pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA).

ICAI Eligibility: Must be eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.

CA Qualification: Must NOT have completed the final CA qualification.

Intermediate Passed: Must have cleared CA Intermediate (Groups I & II) and completed the requisite articleship duration under a practicing CA.

Core Skills & Competencies

• Strong fundamentals in corporate finance, budgeting, data analysis, and close processes.

• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to modern AI interfaces (Co-Pilot, Gemini), automation, or financial analytics is a plus.

• Passion for technology, AI, and business partnering in a fast-paced environment.

• High ownership, curious mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication.
