Position Summary : Support the Finance and Client Services teams by documenting the end-to-end billing process, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation, and developing a comprehensive training manual for future onboarding and training.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Map and document the current billing processes performed by the Finance and Client Services departments.
  • Review and document all billing-related tools, systems, and workflows currently in use.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for streamlining.
  • Research and leverage AI and automation solutions to improve billing package preparation, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Evaluate potential efficiencies, synergies, and process improvements across departments.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather process requirements and best practices.
  • Develop clear process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
  • Create a comprehensive Billing Training Manual to support onboarding and ongoing staff training.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interested in process improvement, automation, and AI tools.

 

Deliverables:

  • Documented end-to-end billing process.
  • Inventory of systems and tools used in billing activities.
  • Recommendations for automation and process improvements.
  • AI-enabled billing enhancement proposal.
  • Final Billing Training & Onboarding Manual.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
