About the Role

Job Description

A Maintenance Internship provides students or recent graduates with hands-on experience assisting Technicians with the Equipment Hand-over, inspection, Reporting Problem, meeting with vendors, MD&I and Machine Maintenance team to sharing and follow-up actions need. Interns learn to perform preventive maintenance, utilize LCI tools, and log service activities while adhering strictly to workplace safety and quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Learning and Provide support, participate on QEHS in Machine Maintenance area.

  • Comply with the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to area.

  • Maintain the LEGO equipment in appropriate conditions to ensure reliable production output.

  • Daily Data collection and follow-up corrective/preventive activities.

  • Communication with colleagues (on-time deliveries, sharing experiences and knowledge).

  • Active participation in Machine Maintenance Daily Huddle.

  • Collaboration with other departments for new Machinery hand-over.

  • Provide Continuous Improvement Idea (if have) during the intern period.  

Do you have what it takes?

  • Third year or final year students in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a closely related field.

  • Basic understanding of industrial machinery, ability to read technical drawings/schematics.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Great collaboration skills.

  • Result oriented.

  • A get things done attitude and the ability handle many projects at the same time.
