About this Position

What you´ll do

  • Provide operational support for HR Learning activities through learning platforms and tools, including LMS (CSOD, Sales Readiness, CrossKnowledge), Ariba, and Outlook.
  • Serve as first-level support for the Henkel Learning Hub, assisting users with learning-related inquiries and system navigation
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on training history, learning completion, attendance, and related learning metrics
  • Maintain and administer learning events, sessions, and course records within LMS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  • Support the administration of the Henkel Learning Hub by uploading courses, learning materials, and videos, and maintaining business unit-specific campuses and course catalogs
  • Update and revise learning process documentation, guidelines, and system-related materials to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Coordinate learning logistics and evaluation activities, including session scheduling, participant tracking, course mapping, and preparation of evaluation reports when required

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point) is required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team and analyze data or information to support decision-making
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes; With analytical skills
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least six hundred (600) on-the-job training hours
