About the Role

Position

Jung von Matt NECKAR is looking for a Dual Student Media Design (d/f/m) for our Industry Unit in cooperation with DHBW Ravensburg, starting in October 2026 or October 2027.

You are curious about design, visual storytelling and new technologies? You enjoy experimenting, have a sharp visual eye and want to turn ideas into creative work? 

As a Dual Student Media Design (d/f/m), you'll learn how creative ideas are developed and brought to life in an agency environment - from concept to final visual.

During your practical phases at Jung von Matt NECKAR, you'll work alongside experienced creatives on exciting clients and projects. You'll explore creative concepts, experiment with AI-driven visual approaches and contribute your own ideas to ambitious, high-quality creative work.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting creative teams in developing concepts and visual ideas
  • Proactively contributing your own ideas and bringing them to life
  • Using AI tools and new technologies for design, still and moving images
  • Supporting ambitious, award-oriented creative work with the goal of meeting JvM Excellence standards
  • Experimenting with new tools, techniques and creative workflows

  • A strong interest in media design, visual storytelling and creative concept development
  • A sharp visual eye and a strong sense for aesthetics and creative detail
  • Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies; hands-on experience with AI tools is a plus
  • High motivation, initiative and a willingness to experiment and learn
  • A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback and a passion for ambitious, award-focused creative work
