Job Description
6-month internship based in Accor Headquarters - starting September 2026.
Part of Accor Global People & Culture (HR) department, you will join the Global Talent Acquisition Team. Through this international experience, you will spread Accor's culture & values by contributing to outstanding Employer Branding initiatives and projects that aim to attract and retain talents at Accor. This internship is a great opportunity to partner with several departments and brands, and to develop communications, digital marketing and project management skills, while learning more about HR strategy.
Your key responsibilities:
Recruitment experience & performance:
- Support the Onboarding process revamp and roll-out for a best-in-class new joiners induction experience.
- Partner with the Digital team to deploy and optimize our ATS, SmartRecruiters, and its features across all regions.
- Facilitate the integration of our assessment tool, AssessFirst, to enhance candidate qualification, managing change processes to ensure smooth hub adoption aligned with global recruitment objectives.
- Drive improvements in user experience and optimize performance on our Careers website, which attracts millions of visitors annually.
- Manage the monthly reporting of key recruitment performance indicators.
Employer Branding strategy & communications
- Support the adoption of our Employee Value Proposition “Hospitality is a work of Heart”, tailoring targeted Employer Branding campaigns for diverse audiences, and contributing to Employee Advocacy actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to raise awareness and foster adoption of our initiatives and programs.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Academic background in Human Resources, Communications & Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Experience in project management gained through internships or apprenticeships.
- Fluent English in both written and spoken form; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Inventive and creative mindset, with attention to detail.
- Empathetic with strong adaptability and communication skills.
