About the Role

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Listed Companies Price Sensitive & Corporate Information Intern to join the Institutional Functions team. The position will be based in Milan, and start in November.

 

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Monitoring price sensitive information disseminated by companies listed on Euronext Equity Italian Markets
  • Preparing and publishing Borsa Italiana Announcements, including the relevant technical provisions
  • Populating the Borsa Italiana database in relation to corporate events and dividend payments
  • Checking compliance with Euronext Growth Milan listed companies' obligations
  • Verifying Specialist obligations
  • Supporting the team in interactions with listed issuers, advisors and supervisory authorities
  • Assisting in managing institutional proceedings such as suspension, delisting or enforcement actions

Your profile:

  • Degree in Economics, Business or Law (or currently studying towards one)
  • Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis, company and financial law, and financial markets and instruments
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong ability to work in a team and excellent autonomy in performing assigned tasks
  • Excellent precision, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and relationship skills
