Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

  • Investigate and analyze unmatched banking transactions.

  • Follow up on outstanding reconciling items and support issue resolution.

  • Monitor General Ledger accounts and identify unusual balances or discrepancies.

  • Support account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation activities.

  • Review accounting transactions and help identify incorrect postings.

  • Prepare recurring journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.

  • Validate accounting entries before submission for approval.

  • Support month-end closing activities and continuous improvement initiatives within the Record to Report process.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Active student between the 5th and 8th semester.

  • Availability to complete a 12-month internship program.

  • Intermediate English proficiency, including verbal and written communication.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filters, charts, and pivot tables.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Knowledge of SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

  • Previous academic or internship experience in accounting or finance.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
