About The Company
Buccellati is a historical high-jewelry and silversmithing Maison, renowned for our craftsmanship and the uniqueness of our creations. Distinctive is the use of rare stones with extraordinary colors and the use of white and yellow gold. LA TUA MISSIONE:
La persona identificata contribuirà alla realizzazione e monitoraggio di progetti di lean manufacturing. 
 

Responsabilità:

  • Contribuire al mantenimento ed al miglioramento del sistema di management operativo (tramite applicazione di osservazioni, identificazione di area di improvement e creazione di un piano di miglioramento)
  • Contribuire alla standardizzazione degli strumenti ed all’applicazione del sistema di risoluzione dei problemi (metodo 8D) all’interno dei vari dipartimenti
  • Organizzare, animare e partecipare a dei progetti lean (VSM, 5S etc…) con l’obiettivo di supportare il dipartimento alla creazione di uno standard di applicazione dello strumento lean
  • Supportare nella pianificazione e gestione delle formazioni di Lean Manufacturing e dei successivi coaching

Requisiti

  • Formazione ingegneristica
  • Conoscenza base delle logiche di lean manufacturing
  • Persona autonoma, organizzata e proattiva
  • Buone capacità comunicative
  • Capacità di analisi dati ed utilizzo di sistemi per analisi dati e creazione di report: Buona conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • La conoscenza anche basica del francese rappresenta un plus)
