About the Role

Fall 2026 Internship Program (September–November 2026)

Job Summary:

The Falcon’s Creative Group Internship is a broad, immersive opportunity designed to expose interns to the full spectrum of creative design disciplines involved in developing world-class themed entertainment and experiential destinations. Interns will have the opportunity to rotate between teams, shadow experienced designers and creatives, and contribute to a variety of projects while gaining hands-on insight into the creative development process from concept through execution. We're looking for curious, collaborative, creative problem-solvers who are eager to learn.

This paid Fall internship program runs from early September through late November and provides emerging creative professionals with hands-on experience across multiple creative disciplines. Interns will work onsite at Falcon's headquarters for up to 28 hours per week, gaining mentorship, industry exposure, and practical experience through active participation in real-world projects. Through collaboration with experienced professionals, participants will develop professional skills, expand their networks, and gain valuable insight into the creative development process.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with team members across multiple creative disciplines, which may include concept design, themed entertainment design, architecture, interior design, graphic design, media, placemaking, and project development
  • Assist with design research, reference gathering, and creative presentations
  • Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and project meetings
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical project files, assets, and documentation
  • Gain hands-on experience utilizing professional design workflows, tools, and creative development processes used in a professional design studio environment
  • Provide project coordination and production support to creative and project teams as needed
  • Contribute to special projects or assignments based on intern's interests, development goals, and areas of study
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.
  • Currently enrolled in or graduated within the last 6 months from an accredited college or university program related to design, architecture, themed entertainment, film, animation, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative
  • Basic proficiency with relevant creative software (such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is a plus, but not required
  • Portfolio of relevant work required for applicants interested in concept design internship 
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, creative, and evolving work environment
  • Will not require Falcon’s Treehouse, LLC to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future).
