About the Role

VEGA is seeking an HR Co-Op for the Fall 2026 to support our Human Resources department with a strong focus on HR-related projects. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by working on a variety of HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, onboarding, and process improvement projects. You will collaborate with HR team members and other departments to assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of key HR projects that align with organizational goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct research, prepare reports, analyze data, coordinate project timelines, and support cross-functional teams in implementing HR solutions.
  • Coordinates new employee onboarding to promote employee engagement.
  • Supports benefits administration by processing enrollments and reconciling monthly billing.
  • Completes I-9 and E-Verify for new hires.
  • Supports recruiting and hiring practices by scheduling interviews and travel accommodations.
  • Assists with event planning, i.e. career fair prep, company events, etc. 
  • Other activities to support HR and Employee Development

What you'll need:

  • Sophomore or beyond in a 2- or 4-year Human Resource program. 
  • GPA of at least 3.0.
  • Must be able to work from our Mason office.

$17$18.50 USD
