About the Role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Support the day-to-day operation of digital platforms, including WeChat, Zhihu, Douyin, and Bilibili, through content publishing, community engagement, and audience interaction.
  • Assist with content planning and development by researching topics, drafting and editing copy, and optimizing content to align with platform best practices and audience needs.
  • Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns and online events to strengthen brand awareness and user participation.
  • Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media developments to identify opportunities for innovative and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the operating principles, content styles, and user behaviors of platforms such as WeChat, Zhihu, Douyin, and Bilibili.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different digital channels.
  • Experience using video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar applications.
  • Familiarity with content formatting and publishing tools such as Xiumi, 135 Editor, or equivalent platforms.
  • Basic graphic design capabilities using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
  • Proficiency in English, including the ability to support content translation and localization.
  • Fundamental data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Previous internship, campus project, or personal experience managing social media, digital content, or self-media channels.
  • Strong awareness of social media trends and the ability to translate emerging topics into creative and engaging content.
  • Passion for new media, digital marketing, and technology-related industries.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in engineering, test and measurement, automation, or related technical domains.
