About this Position

What you´ll do

  • Collect and prepare chemical data to support regulatory documentation
  • Review and prepare of Henkel products’ Chemical Composition Letter
  • Preparation and submission of documents for license and permit applications (hard copies and soft copies)
  • Assist with payment arrangements for license and permit applications
  • Tracking and monitoring of license and permit applications
  • Support various business and customer request on product safety & regulatory compliance issues

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems or related field
  • Knowledge in MS Office 365 software especially Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Must be A team player with a high level of independence, self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality
    Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; With initiative, willingness to learn, and passionate
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Cabuyao, Laguna) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
