About the Role

 

What will you do: 

  • Manage Tickets from employees to follow up on missing documentation, clarify information related to dependent verification, and provide support during the Annual Benefits Enrollment process.
  • Research employee issues in HR Policy, Benefits, Comp and Payroll utilizing online and written reference material.
  • Coordinates, administers and communicates compensation plans, benefit plans, disability insurance, life insurance, retirement plans and incentive plans.
  • Maintains and accesses a variety of confidential records including personnel files, payroll changes, employment applications, benefit enrollments, executive compensation, incentive plans and departmental budgets.
  • Escalates unanswered questions to organizational experts.
  • Maintains contact with employee until issue is fully resolved.
  • Documents responses to employee in an online case management system.
  • Assists management in identifying trends and issues.
  • May be asked to assist with other administrative functions
  • This position is accountable for the day-to-day administration and coordination of company HR programs (training, development, compensation, benefits, etc.).

 

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Currently student of Administration, International Trade, Psychology or related majors. (Grad date: August 2027 or later - MUST)
  • Advanced English. (must)
  • Advanced Excel. (must)
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Location: Monterrey HUB (Punto Valle)
  • Scheme: Remote

 

Who will you report to?

  • Report to the PeopleLink Delivery Operational Leader for MX & SAM, supporting PeopleLink operations and employee experience initiatives across the region.
  • Collaborate closely with employees, people managers, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality people operations support and services.
  • Individual contributor role with broad exposure to HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and opportunities to contribute to operational excellence across the organization.
