About the Role

Intern ‐ Human Resource Development

(Based at MAS Fabric – Matrix - Thulhiriya)

MAS Matrix, is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate learning and development programs for Staff and Below Leadership employees, including technical and behavioral skills training.

  • Support Executive and Above training programs in collaboration with business leaders and external training partners.

  • Coordinate training schedules, participant nominations, training logistics, and post-training activities.

  • Maintain training calendars and ensure timely execution of planned learning programs.

  • Coordinate the employee induction process for new joiners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Arrange induction sessions, required documentation, and coordination with relevant departments.

  • Monitor onboarding progress and maintain onboarding records.

  • Maintain and update the Team Member Skill Matrix.

  • Support HRD initiatives related to employee development, engagement, and capability building.
