The role:

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating when required.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, workstations, and IT equipment.

  • Support telecommunications systems, including LAN/WAN networks, phones, and video conferencing tools.

  • Assist users with IT tools, applications, and day-to-day technical queries.

  • Manage IT requests and support the procurement of telecommunications and technology solutions.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.

  • Support IT projects, including system implementation, testing, and user training.

  • Develop and improve IT processes to enhance business efficiency.

  • Provide support for web-based applications, databases (SQL and Access), and local business systems.

Who you are:

  • Recently graduated from Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Passionate about technology and eager to learn about IT support, infrastructure, and business systems.

  • A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
