About the Role

We are seeking a driven and resourceful intern to join the Strategic Development function within the Bancassurance team of a leading life insurance company. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, strategic planning, and performance management. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a high-impact initiative alongside a senior team member, while also contributing to data organisation and departmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing a key strategic project (e.g. development of Gen AI tool, digital customer journey enhancement, etc.), including coordination of timelines, stakeholder engagement, and tracking of deliverables.

  • Support a senior team member with project documentation, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.

  • Conduct targeted research and basic data analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Participate in team discussions and contribute innovative ideas to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Available to commit through December 2026, with a minimum commitment of three days per week during the school term. Candidates are required to be in the office on Monday to Wednesday for at least half a day each.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python is a plus).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
