Job Summary:
Office Assistant will work in the Admission Office with prospective students assisting with Campus Experiences.
Duties/Responsibilities:

- Correspond with prospective students, send postcards, assemble informational packets, etc.
- Assist with Admissions Counselors during travel and recruitment seasons, including correspondence with incoming students, their families, and high school counselors.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and manage various projects as assigned.
- Assist with recruitment events on campus as needed.
- Help as needed in the Admission Office.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Extensive knowledge of Drury’s history, facilities, academic programs, extra-curricular activities, and services.
- Ability to effectively communicate in both written and oral forms.
- Positive, honest, and enthusiastic attitude is needed to convey Drury in an attractive manner.
- Knowledge of Springfield and Ozarks area attractions and events, and neighborhood characteristics.
- Must be responsible, and dependable, and must have a professional appearance.
Education and Experience:
- Must be a regular, full-time student, enrolled in at least 12 hours per semester
- Must have a completed FAFSA on file with Financial Aid for the current academic year
