The intern will support a key initiative to improve the one of the funding application process across NCS. This project helps the organisation secure cloud funding more efficiently, enabling customer projects to be delivered faster while strengthening collaboration with our vendor.

Working with the Sales, Practice, and Partnership teams, the intern will help simplify application processes, develop training materials, improve documentation, and reduce application errors. The project offers valuable exposure to cloud partnerships, business operations, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Educate Sales and Practice teams on the funding application processes.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, process documentation, and training materials.
• Analyse the current funding application process and identify improvement opportunities.
• Simplify and streamline application workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Create step-by-step guides and checklists for internal users.
• Conduct or support training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and recommend process improvements.
• Support the Partnership team by reviewing funding applications and performing quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications are complete and submitted on time.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts is an advantage.
• Experience creating training materials or process documentation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to explain and simplify complex processes.
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
