This hands-on internship offers you the unique opportunity to contribute directly to mission-critical systems that serve our clients. In this role, you'll gain firsthand experience in day-to-day IT operations and processes, learning the essential skills needed to support enterprise-level government systems.

You'll discover how to monitor systems serving thousands of daily users—from employers processing applications to workers checking their status and accessing essential services. You'll learn to respond effectively to incidents affecting our clients, understanding the urgency and importance of maintaining system availability when real people depend on these services for their livelihoods and daily needs.

This internship provides more than just technical skills—it offers you the chance to understand how technology enables government services, how IT operations support national priorities, and how your work can make a meaningful difference to communities and businesses across Singapore.

What You’ll Do:

• Preparation or revamp and reformat PMM/ITO presentation slides
• Research and gather content for slide development
• Create visually engaging, professional presentations
• Collaborate with the team on branding and messaging
• Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting production systems
• Support incident management and service request handling
• Help document technical processes and operational procedures
• Provide first-level support for user queries and issues
• Assist with system health checks and maintenance activities
• Support the team in tracking and resolving incidents to closure

• Currently pursuing studies in Business, Communications, IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Office applications
• Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting (preferred)
• Detail-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
