Our HR Department is looking for an HR Intern to support the HR Business Partner in People Management activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and structured HR environment, contributing to key people processes while working closely with the HR team.

 

Main Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support the HR Business Partner in People Management, with a particular focus on the following activities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, handling day-to-day HR-related requests.
  • Support the collection and analysis of recruitment and training needs.
  • Contribute to the implementation of employee development initiatives.
  • Manage administrative activities related to People Management in coordination with the Personnel Administration team.
  • Support the management and updating of People Management data and processes in SAP/Workday.

 

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and People Management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Good command of the English language.

How does the selection process work?
