Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.

AIR LIQUIDE FRANCE INDUSTRIE recherche un/e stagiaire pour 6 mois pour sa Direction produits du cluster South West Europe.

Une veille concurrentielle de qualité est le moteur de la prise de décision stratégique et du succès commercial.

Des informations précises sur les activités des concurrents, les mouvements des clients et les évolutions du marché sont essentielles pour éclairer nos initiatives stratégiques et garantir une réactivité commerciale optimale à travers l'Europe.

L’objectif de cette mission est d’améliorer la qualité de notre veille concurrentielle en Europe afin de maintenir notre position de leader.


 

Le/la candidat(e) apportera son soutien à l'équipe de gestion des produits en :

  • Réalisant un audit complet et une synthèse des bases de données concurrentielles existantes afin de faire émerger des informations exploitables
  • Identifiant les incohérences des données
  • Etablissant des cadres de gouvernance robustes
  • Mettant en œuvre des processus efficaces pour garantir la fiabilité et la diffusion des informations concurrentielles
  • Analysant les bases de données existantes (informations sur les clients concurrents dans Salesforce)
  • Estimant la taille et la charge des installations concurrentes, les parts de marché via l''Ops Control
  • Identifiant les tendances, le potentiel concurrentiel et les incohérences
  • Proposant un processus structuré de veille concurrentielle avec des responsabilités clairement définies (RACI) et des rituels pour en garantir l'efficacité
  • Proposant des plans d'action pour combler les lacunes en matière de qualité et de gouvernance des données.
