Qualifications

We're looking for motivated students who are eager to learn and grow.

Requirements:

  • High school junior or senior in good standing, or a recent high school graduate
  • Ages 16–18
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Work Environment

This position provides real-world experience in an active manufacturing facility.

Student Learners will work in production environments where forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and other industrial equipment are operating. Work may occasionally involve exposure to high temperatures, outdoor weather conditions, humidity, airborne particles, and elevated noise levels. Appropriate safety equipment and training are provided.
