Launch your career with a hands-on internship in industrial operations and supply chain management. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics & Excel Intern to support data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. This internship offers hands-on experience in working with large datasets, developing reports, and generating insights that support business decisions. 

What will you do:

• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, providing actionable insights through data analysis, visualization, and presentations.
• Support the automation and optimization of recurring reports using advanced Excel functions and data management techniques to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with data governance and confidentiality standards.

What qualifications will make you successful:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF/COUNTIF/SUMIF functions, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and data visualization through charts and graphs.
• Good understanding of data analysis, data cleaning, reporting techniques, and the ability to interpret and present insights from complex datasets; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Tableau is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to identify trends, ensure data accuracy, and support business decision-making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business requirements.
