About the Role

Misión:

Contribuir a la gestión eficiente de proyectos en fase de operación mediante el seguimiento de las obligaciones contractuales y el apoyo al cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.


Who we are looking for

  • Estudiante de últimos ciclos o egresado en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica y/o afines. 
  • Mínimo 6 meses en posiciones similares.

What you will do

  • Administrar la información operativa de la planta del proyecto (mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y atenciones), asegurando la calidad de los datos y la elaboración de reportes.
  • Analizar las bases de datos de nodos y equipos para identificar correlaciones y proponer indicadores que apoyen la toma de decisiones.
  • Elaborar reportes de incidencias, ocurrencias y operatividad de los sitios, validando la consistencia de la información y priorizando eventos que afecten la continuidad del servicio.
  • Recopilar y gestionar la documentación de respaldo para sustentar demoras en mantenimientos correctivos atendidos fuera de plazo, evitando penalidades contractuales.
  • Consolidar y presentar indicadores de operatividad, cobertura y efectividad de las atenciones para contribuir al cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales ante MTC, OSIPTEL y FITEL.
  • Canalizar y atender requerimientos de OSIPTEL y FITEL, asegurando respuestas oportunas y el cumplimiento de los compromisos regulatorios para evitar penalidades.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Intermedio (Excel, word, Power Point). 
  • Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Power BI (Intermedio)
  • Conocimiento en Gestión de Proyectos basados en el PMI y Tecnologías de la información.
