Job Description

Responsabilités:

  • Offrir un support technique aux opérations de production;
  • Participer à la résolution de problèmes techniques (troubleshooting);
  • Analyser des données de production pour identifier des opportunités d’amélioration;
  • Contribuer à la conception et à la fabrication de prototypes ou de gabarits;
  • Élaborer ou mettre à jour des procédures de travail;
  • Participer à des projets d’amélioration continue (LEAN, réduction de rebuts, efficacité opérationnelle, etc.);
  • Modéliser des pièces ou des assemblages à l’aide de logiciels de conception assistée par ordinateur (SolidWorks);
  • Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles (qualité, maintenance, production, etc.).

Compétences recherchées:

  • Bonne capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes;
  • Intérêt marqué pour la production manufacturière et les environnements industriels;
  • Connaissance de base en conception mécanique et en dessin technique (SolidWorks);
  • Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et proactivité;
  • Expérience ou stage en milieu industriel (atout).
