About the Role

At K2 Medical Research, we are transforming healthcare by delivering tomorrow’s treatments today. As a rapidly growing clinical research organization across Florida, Tennessee, and Rhode Island, we lead multiphasic trials in therapeutic areas ranging from neurodegenerative to cardiometabolic medicine. K2 is seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to provide full-time support on key HR projects for 3 to 4 months out of our Orlando (Maitland), FL clinic. This is a hands-on opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain practical HR experience while contributing to real operational improvements across the HR function.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Audit employee files for accuracy and compliance
  • Migrate and enter employee records into ADP
  • Update employee photos in internal systems and directories
  • Draft and format job descriptions for open and upcoming roles
  • Support onboarding process improvements and documentation
  • Assist with additional administrative HR projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with ADP or other HRIS platforms is a plus
