About the Role

From hiring and onboarding to people operations and culture, you'll work closely with the Founder's Office to help build a high performing team at NOCT. Requirements

The job requirements:

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring channels.
  • Coordinate interviews by scheduling conversations between candidates and the team while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment pipelines, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
  • Support onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating induction activities, and ensuring new team members have everything they need to get started.
  • Assist in maintaining HR documentation, employee records, and internal policies.
  • Help organise team engagement activities, celebrations, learning sessions, and culture initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand hiring needs and support recruitment planning.
  • Research hiring trends, talent insights, and employer branding opportunities to help improve our recruitment process.
  • Represent NOCT professionally while interacting with candidates and help create a thoughtful, memorable hiring experience.

What you need to bring to the table :
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
  • Passion for startups, people, and building great teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and Zoho is a plus.
