Design students and freshers can apply
A portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling (academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of portfolios).
Proficiency in tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite (software can always be learned on the job, but a strong eye for motion and aesthetics is key!).

Creating a library of reusable assets and motion elements to streamline workflow and maintain consistency across projects.
Developing fluid animations and 3D visuals that effectively communicate complex ideas in an impactful way.
Understanding and executing motion principles like timing, easing, and physics to create seamless interactions and animations.
Bringing storytelling to life through motion, ensuring a balance between creativity and functionality.
Collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate motion into digital products and brand communication.
Creating cinematic sequences, micro-interactions, and UI animations that enhance user engagement.
Performing motion QA and working closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation across different platforms.
Driving discussions and presenting ideas confidently, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand vision.
