About the Role

As an intern, you will support learning activities, completing learning and development monthly reports.

manages and analysis learning data, training vendor management. Also you will cooperate with Talent Management team.

What You Will Do

  • Cooperate with Talent Management team to understand people management projects and learning and development projects, and participate in the implementation under supervision
  • Provide support to training vendor management, including data collection, verification and consolidation, vender creation in Ariba system
  • Support learning activities, including venue preparing, layout setting up, onsite administration support during the training day professionally
  • Support manages and analysis Learning data, including training records, training feedback results and other training data consolidations
  • Assist in completing Leaning and development monthly reports
  • Support leaning service procurement procedure, including PO Issue, payment and follow up
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Available for 3 days a week, strong analytical skills, and sense of accountability
  • Strong time-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasks, and good team player

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources, English or Administration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
