Assess new hotel projects and business opportunities:

• Provide Business Intelligence and conduct market research / due diligence for new hotel projects

• Assist in  financial analysis and projections;

• Foster and maintain relationships with Area/Regional Directors (operations, revenue management, technical services, finance etc.) and seek their input for diligent development process

Support the team and wider organisation with business intelligence, research & tools and help position RHG as preferred partner:

• Deliver business, financial and market insights to facilitate decision-making and address the operational and financial needs of the business in APAC;

• Compile business intelligence, market research and industry reports, and make them accessible to the team & wider organization [e.g. JLL quarterly updates, UNWTO reports, Pipeline reports etc.]

• Act as contact point for the ASO/CSO team and handle requests for information controlled centrally;

• Preparation of presentations, sales tools & marketing material as required;

Support analysis & business intelligence on our deal pipeline and portfolio (in operation and under development), its evolution and performance.

• Maintain BD related portfolio databases, provide input to other departments as required and act as first point of contact for related requests

• Assess performance of existing portfolio and provide business intelligence as required (presentations, regular updates etc.)

• Analyse the evolution of our portfolio and its performance

• Provide ad hoc analysis, presentations and project management as assigned

• Undergraduates or graduates with the following degrees or equivalent are welcome to apply - Bachelor in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Finance
• Understanding and ability to apply principles of corporate finance
• Reliability, accurateness and relevance of data and material presented
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
• Attention to detail
• Timely delivery of materials and input (reports, papers, presentations etc.)
• Ability to work under stress and to multi-task to adhere to tight deadlines
• Hands-on approach to deal with tasks independently
• Able to commit for at least 5-6 months of internship
• Able to start in October 2026
