Job Title: NAPS Apprentice – Machine Operator (Production)

Job Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join as NAPS Apprentice – Machine Operators in the Production Department. This opportunity is ideal for ITI, Diploma, and Degree pass-out candidates who are looking to start their career in the manufacturing industry. Selected candidates will be trained in machine operations, production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures.
  
• Support daily manufacturing and production activities.
  
• Ensure product quality by following company standards.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
  
• Report machine issues or production defects to supervisors.
  
• Follow all company safety and production guidelines.
  

Stipend Details:

ITI Candidates

• 1st Year: ₹17,000 + ₹1,000 Attendance Reward + ₹7,500 Retention Reward (Every 6 Months)
  
• 2nd Year: ₹17,500 + ₹1,050 Attendance Reward + ₹10,000 Retention Reward (Every 6 Months)
  
• 3rd Year: ₹18,500 + ₹1,100 Attendance Reward + ₹12,500 Retention Reward (Every 6 Months)
  

Diploma / Degree Candidates

• 1st Year: ₹18,000 + ₹1,000 Attendance Reward + ₹7,500 Retention Reward (Every 6 Months)
  
• 2nd Year: ₹18,500 + ₹1,050 Attendance Reward + ₹10,000 Retention Reward (Every 6 Months)
  
• 3rd Year: ₹19,500 + ₹1,100 Attendance Reward + ₹12,500 Retention Reward (Every 6 Months)
