What you’ll be doing:

  • Explore behind-the-scenes at Rolls-Royce, finding out more about how a global organisation works and what it takes to make our work happen
  • Build future-ready skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving and professional confidence
  • Collaborate on a team project, from initial challenge to final professional presentation
  • Experience real-world engineering and innovation through hands-on activities, model engines and interactive tech
  • Connect with current apprentices through networking sessions and Q&As
  • Strengthen your employability with workshops focused on applications, personal development and apprenticeships at Rolls-Royce
