Internship: Supply Chain Management - S&OP

About the role:

Do you always see ways to improve efficiency? Or do you have an eye for reviewing the effectiveness of existing processes and procedures?  Would you like to be part of a global roll-out, and help support to reach significant milestones? This is the place where you can do this! Also, you quickly get international experience in our Global Supply Chain and learn from the local teams.

Support the Operations team of Versuni with driving improvements across supply chain management. You will work together with various projects leads to roll-out and embed new improvements into the existing organization. You will learn & build new supply chain concepts related to S&OP.

Location:  Amsterdam
Type: Internship - Not Suitable for Thesis
Length: 6 months or longer
Time: 40 hours/week (min 32 hours)
Expected Start Date: September 2025

The impact you’ll make:

• Improve and maintaining standard KPI’s for Global Market Supply Chain reviews
• Data & project planning support of the project managers  e.g. ensure milestones are met
• Run and support improvement projects in Supply Chain (e.g. creating digital dashboards)
• Prepare and improve Monthly review cadence
• Help improve overall productivity & efficiency
• Helping local management teams in deploying tools and processes
• Bringing new energy to the team, come with great ideas and above all having fun while doing it!

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Studying in the field of Data Science, Computer Science, Econometrics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related
• Great communication skills, eye for detail, well organized
• Agile and pro-active
• Data savvy, digital mindset
• Continuous improvement thinking
• Skilled in PowerBI, Excel & PowerPoint. Programming knowledge is a plus
• Highly proficient in English with solid writing skills (ability to interpret complex information and convert into clear and easy messaging);

Students from outside the EU need to fill in an NUFFIC agreement, which needs to be signed by the student and the university. Please note that the contents of our regular internship assignments are not suitable for
