About the Role

Job Description Summary:

Fenwick is excited to offer a fall 2026 internship opportunity in our Facilities Department. This internship provides exposure to facilities operations, within a professional services environment.

Interns may assist with preparing and maintaining conference rooms, kitchens, and multi purpose spaces for meetings and events. Under the supervision of the Office Services Supervisor, responsibilities include supporting catering logistics such as setting up food and refreshments, reconciling deliveries, inspecting items for quality, and ensuring rooms are properly furnished and equipped. Interns will help stock and monitor supplies, perform routine sweeps of facilities spaces, maintain cleanliness in kitchens and conference areas, and support the upkeep of beverage equipment and snack stations. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with inventory, placing supply orders, coordinating signage, and providing back up support for reception and Facilities services such as copy/scan/mail functions. Interns may also assist with event support and other duties as assigned.

This internship is based in our Seattle, WA office and requires 100% in-office presence. This is a non-exempt position scheduled for 24 hours per week. The preferred work schedule is Tuesday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, there may be some flexibility in the specific days and hours worked, provided there is consistent coverage during the morning through early afternoon hours.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college degree program
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Customer‑service oriented and able to work well in a team
  • Ability to follow procedures and manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness and ability to walk between conference rooms, multi-purpose rooms, storage rooms and kitchens throughout the day
  • Professional, detail‑oriented, and able to interact effectively with staff, attorneys, and vendor
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30 pounds frequently
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, early mornings, evenings and/or weekends, as needed, to ensure adequate department coverage

The anticipated pay rate for our internship is $21 -$25 per hour.

The anticipated range for this position is:

$1 - $1,500,000

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.  Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
