About the Role

Intern ‐ Compliance, Health & Safety 

(Based at Bodywear - Kilinochchi)

The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. It brings together broad expertise in fit, comfort, performance and aesthetics to serve leading global brands at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage in the day-to-day operational activities.
  • Assist in attendance tracking and leave records.
  • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
  • Support HR Audit and compliance documentation.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • An undergraduate pursuing a degree in Engineering, facilities management, environmental or physical science.
  • Good analytical skill and data management skills.
  • Good people management ability.
