About the Role

Description

ACC Management Group, Inc. is looking for a part-time Information Technology Intern to join our team this fall. This is a hands-on internship where you'll work directly with our Director of Information Technology and Information Technology Administrator, supporting the systems that keep our corporate office and managed communities across Wisconsin and Illinois running.

You'll troubleshoot help desk tickets, configure and deploy workstations, assist with network support, document technical processes, and contribute to active IT projects — real work with real impact, not busywork. If you're currently pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field and want to turn classroom knowledge into practical experience, this is a great place to start.

We offer flexible scheduling around your academic calendar and a supportive team that's invested in helping you grow.

Position Overview

To provide hands-on support to the Information Technology function of ACC Management Group and the properties under its management, assisting with day-to-day technical support, system maintenance, documentation, and active IT projects. This internship is designed to build practical experience by applying academic knowledge to real-world technical challenges under the direction of the Director of IT.

Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, ACC is a place where your energy, your voice, and your contributions matter.
