About the Role

Description

        I. BASIC FUNCTION: Assists the Behavioral Health Team in project management, community outreach, and logistics. II. INTRADEPARTMENTAL RELATIONSHIPS: Department Officer: Chief Behavioral Health Officer Reports to: Chief Behavioral Health Officer Supervises: N/A III. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assists Behavioral Health Team in community outreach. 2. Assists Behavioral Health team with projects as assigned. 3. Communicate directly with partners, stakeholders, and community members. 4. Attend public events, represent the health center as a premiere provider of health care in the region. 5. Assist with quality control including reviewing/auditing documentation, marketing materials, and Family Care policies and procedures. 6. Assesses patient satisfaction by administering surveys over the phone or in person. 7. Participates in project management as assigned. IV. PERIODIC DUTIES: 1. Contributes to Health Center community health activities outside of regular job responsibilities 2. Participates in Health Center staff problem solving groups. 3. Attends and participates in department meetings, etc. as assigned. 4. Performs other duties as assigned. V. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Inside Health Center: All inclusive. Outside Health Center: Patients/Clients, students, vendors, community health agencies, hospitals, insurance companies, Medicare/Medicaid, physician offices, etc. VI. APPROVED WORK LOCATIONS: 1. Carondelet 2. Dutchtown 3. Forest Park Southeast 4. University City 5. RUNG for Women 6. Places for People 7. Any other approved locations added in the future.
