The Intern – Pall O2C Collection is responsible for:

  • Following up on open, outstanding and overdue items.
  • Sending statements of accounts and reminders to customers.
  • Manage customer response in daily operation.

This position is part of the Pall – O2C Collection Team and will be located in PJ Selangor – Onsite. Vision of Collection team is to ensure deliverables of monthly global DSO, Cash target and Past due Improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learning on Collections Process.
  • The action supporting the team KPIs – DSO, Collection and Past Due targets.
  • Respond to customer queries.
  • Dispute resolution.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Undergraduate of Degree in Accounting
