本インターンシップは、主に HAT Business Controlling（管理会計）チームでの業務となります。経理業務とは異なり、予算策定、業績予測（Forecast）、予実分析、事業分析などを通じて、経営層や事業部門の意思決定を支援します。

ファイナンスチームの一員として、以下のサポート業務を担当いただきます。

予算策定業務のサポート • 実績報告レポートの作成サポート
予算と実績の比較分析（予実分析）
売上・利益に関するデータ集計および分析 • 経営資料やプレゼンテーション資料の作成 •
