Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Development team at Marsh Insurance Brokers. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Intern - Business Development

We will count on you to:

  • Engage in an exciting learning curriculum focused on client servicing and sales fundamentals, establishing a solid foundation  

  • Learn how to drive business through effective prospecting, cold calling, sales presentations, relationship management, market and client research, and more. 

  • Collaborate with experts and teams to find the best solutions for our clients 

  • Gain valuable insights and learn from our leaders. 

  • Make a meaningful impact on our clients and contribute to making a difference. 

  • Provide support to seniors where required, while ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs 

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

  • Internship duration minimum 3 months OR depending on University's/Institute's requirements

  • Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
