We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Automation & AI Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team. This role will support the design and implementation of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, while also partnering with our internal AI team to explore and enhance AI-powered solutions for recruitment operations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, develop automation workflows, and contribute to AI initiatives such as chatbot development, query management, and ticket routing. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Talent Acquisition operational processes to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Translate business requirements into automation logic, workflow designs, and solution recommendations.
• Partner with internal AI teams to support the implementation and enhancement of AI-powered tools and GPT-based solutions.
• Assist in developing and refining AI-driven query management, knowledge base, and ticket-routing workflows.
• Conduct user testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automation and AI solutions.
• Document process flows, solution designs, user guides, and technical configurations.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational effectiveness.
• Be the face of NCS at career fairs, campus roadshows, and networking events. You’ll represent our brand, engage with emerging talent, and share why NCS is the place to grow a tech career.

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes into structured logic.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Good communication skills and willingness to engage users to understand business requirements.
• Interest in AI, Generative AI, chatbots, or digital transformation initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, chatbot development, or AI workflow design.
• Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Familiarity with HR systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Service Management platforms.
• Exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.

Must be able to commit to a minimum of 5 months full-time internship.
