Job Description

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to a People & Culture (P&C) business partnering role, while building practical HR knowledge and skills. You will support line staff on HR policy-related enquiries, participate in the employee life-cycle, and contribute to engagement and process improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide support to line staff by addressing policy-related enquiries, enhancing your knowledge of HR policies and practices.
  • Gain exposure to HR processes across the employee life-cycle, including activities such as contract renewals and offboarding.
  • Support day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operations, while also being involved in projects such as BU engagement initiatives and process enhancement efforts.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Well-organised, proactive, and a self-starter.
  • Highly adaptable to change and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn with a positive attitude.

The main duties and responsibilities will be subjected to review when there is a change in business requirements and scope of work.
