What you´ll build

As part of our team you will be supporting the DTI leadership team as project management and creative media design consultant. We are looking for talented people with strong business, project management and teamwork skills and creative mindset. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of business, marketing, and communication. You'll work with different teams across SAP and contribute to projects that have real impact.

• Create presentations, briefing materials, and meeting content for leadership discussions and strategic projects
• Research market trends, startup ecosystems, and business topics, turning insights into clear summaries and recommendations
• Support internal communications and help shape how our team presents itself across SAP
• Develop engaging stories about customers, startups, innovation, and business success
• Create content for social media, videos, newsletters, events, and internal campaigns
• Help plan and execute exciting events, from internal town halls to startup conferences and networking sessions
• Collaborate with colleagues from sales, marketing, customer success, and other business functions
• Take ownership of your own projects and ideas, with plenty of room to contribute creatively and grow professionally

What you bring 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: business, digital media, communication sciences, economics, marketing, communications or comparable courses of study
• You have strong organizational and time-management skills
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills - fluent in business English and German (spoken and written)
• You have a high attention to detail and independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style
• You have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• You have experience with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere or Camtasia
• You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• You are open to new ideas and always question the status quo

As a catalyst for growth and innovation, we create compelling digital assets that elevate the customer experience, leverage data-driven insights to design impactful campaigns, pioneer new engagement formats, and identify and win high-potential startups.

Complementing this, the Digital Architecture Advisory bridges customer business strategy and SAP solutions by defining target architectures and translating them into pragmatic, outcome-driven roadmaps at scale—enabling the successful adoption of SAP’s Business Suite portfolio.
