Solar Turbines is a global producer of industrial gas turbines. Our Solar Digital team develops modern digital tools and AI solutions that help customers operate their equipment safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

We are looking for motivated university students who want hands‑on experience with AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI (LLMs). This part‑time position allows you to work on real projects during your studies.

What You Will Work On

  • Helping test, apply, and improve generative AI models (especially large language models)

  • Supporting the development of machine learning models used in Digital Twins and predictive analytics

  • Working with different types of data, including time‑series, text, structured and unstructured data

  • Assisting with data preprocessing and preparing data for model training

  • Helping build simple AI/ML pipelines

  • Collaborating with software engineers, data scientists, and mechanical engineers

  • Writing basic documentation to track experiments and solutions

  • You will receive support and guidance from experienced team members.

What We Expect from You

  • You are a university student in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a similar field

  • Basic Python programming skills

  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts

  • Interest in AI and Generative AI

  • Experience with Git or similar version control tools

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or Docker is an advantage

  • Experience from school projects, hobby projects, or internships is welcome

  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn

Base Minimum Pay:

Kč430,680.00
