Your responsibilities

 

  • Contribute to projects that help create a healthier, safer, and more sustainable workplace across Uniper through HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) initiatives.
  • Work with HSE and energy-related data to identify trends, generate insights, and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to develop dashboards and visualizations that help inform decisions and track progress.
  • Support the monitoring and reporting of Uniper's HSE Improvement Plan and contribute to translating data into meaningful actions.
  • Help advance initiatives that promote employee wellbeing, health, and organizational learning.
  • Prepare engaging reports, presentations, and materials for governance meetings, management reviews, and audits.
  • Contribute to the analysis of audit findings and support the identification of opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development of innovative digital and AI-enabled solutions that enhance HSE knowledge sharing and strengthen learning across the organization.
 

 

Your profile


  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, Physics, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or a related field. If your academic background differs, we still encourage you to apply if you bring strong analytical capabilities, an interest in HSE and digital innovation.
  • You are interested in the energy industry and passionate about topics related to HSE, sustainability, data, and digital innovation.
  • You enjoy exploring new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), and are curious about how they can create value for people, processes, and organizations.
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, analytics, or AI tools is beneficial but not required.
  • You enjoy working both independently and as part of a diverse, international team and appreciate collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • Must-have: you communicate clearly and confidently in German and English (minimum B2 level)
