🌍 We're Hiring: HR Development Assistant (Alternance)

📍 Paris, France | September 2026 – August 2027

🎓 Apprenticeship / Alternance Contract
💼 Flexible alternance structure depending on your school programme (e.g. 1 day at school / 4 days in the company, or 1 week at school / 2 weeks in the company)
💰 Compensation in line with French legal apprenticeship requirements (depending on age and level of studies)

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and administration of Learning & Development activities, including training plans, registrations and reporting.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of interns and apprentices, including interview coordination and university partnerships.
  • Contribute to performance review and talent management processes by preparing documentation, analysing data and supporting Talent Review activities.
  • Support the administration of the Graduate Programme, including participant tracking, event coordination and liaison with partner universities.
  • Assist with HR development projects, including workforce planning, career development, competency frameworks and job architecture initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations and analyses while providing administrative support across a range of HR development activities.

Requirements

  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous HR or administrative internship experience is an advantage.
