Descripción del empleo

  • Crear y desarrollas reglas en nuevo sistemas de acuerdo al proceso
  • Creación de especificaciones en la nueva máquina con los valores correctos para cada articulo.
  • Revisar el correcto mapeo de nuevos sistemas
  • Creación de reglas para la detección oportuna del scrap generado por cuestiones de Máquina.
  • Realizar y definir el ajuste para nuevo proyecto

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Industrial, Manufactura o afín).
  • Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con capacidad para desarrollar e implementar reglas de proceso y lógica de sistemas.
  • Experiencia en la creación y gestión de especificaciones de proceso, incluyendo control de parámetros y consumo de materiales.
  • Capacidad para analizar datos de producción e implementar reglas para la detección temprana de defectos y reducción de scrap.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías de mejora continua como Lean Manufacturing o Six Sigma.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para documentación técnica y colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios.
