About the Role

[What the role is]

Join us in planning and execution of Healthy Living Events to engage residents in North West District. Be involved in events such as Brisk Walking Club Sessions, FitnessX Club Showcase Event, Dance Fit Club Gatherings, Mental Wellness @ North West and Running Clinic @ North West just to name a few.

[What you will be working on]

  • Event Logistics: Assist in managing logistics for club network events, ensuring smooth operations and participant satisfaction.

  • Relationship Building: Building networks and relationships with key stakeholders

  • Vendor Management: Liaises with vendors and internal staff to ensure that events run smoothly

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and new opportunities to enhance existing programmes

  • Administrative Support: Provide admin and logistical support to the team to run projects

  • Passionate about serving the community and public

  • Resourceful individual with strong event management skills

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
