Job Description

This role will be based in São Paulo.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

No previous sales experience is required—we're looking for individuals with the potential, curiosity, and drive to learn and succeed. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop an understanding of LinkedIn’s products, customers, markets, and B2B sales processes. 

  • Support sales activities, customer research, account planning, and opportunity prioritization. 

  • Research prospective customers to understand their business challenges, goals, and market context. 

  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders through clear, thoughtful, and professional communication. 

  • Use data and structured reasoning to identify patterns, prioritize opportunities, and support business decisions. 

  • Leverage digital tools, AI applications, and productivity solutions to improve research, communication, organization, and problem-solving. 

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, project updates, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. 

  • Manage priorities, follow-ups, and deadlines while working toward structured goals and performance expectations. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute positively to team culture and shared success. 

  • Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, local committees, and development activities. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • Enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar course.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Advanced English skills. 

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • Experience with programming languages or technical projects, such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, automation tools, data analytics, or software development. 

  • Familiarity with AI applications, generative AI tools, automation platforms, data analysis tools, or other digital productivity solutions. 

  • Participation in student organizations, entrepreneurship programs, junior enterprises, volunteer initiatives, or leadership activities.
